Website ownership is a new and growing home based business opportunity. There are webmasters earning very respectable incomes by maintaining websites. Their income stream is usually derived from sales made directly on the site or through revenue from advertisements placed on their sites via affiliate schemes. Maintaining a profitable website is often a full time job as success depends on the volumes of traffic that is received by the site.
