<p>At a recent company event, my mentor Randy Gage reviewed the qualities of a great Network Marketer. I was so proud to be a part his great team and vowed to implement these qualities in myself and throughout my team! I took away so many crucial techniques to building a successful network marketing business, but I decided to start here!</p>
<h3>A Great Leader Make a Great Network Marketer</h3>
<p>Great Leaders attract followers. They do as they say they are going to do and they set an example. See a great leader and follow them!</p>
<p>Real network marketing leaders possess 7 dynamic qualities and actions they implement in their organizations. These are qualities and actions that only 3% of our industry implements daily and in order to join those ranks, we all need to listen, learn &amp; implement! They are not hard to implement, but they will take consistency in teaching to our team. Here they are!</p>
<p><strong>1. Feed Your Dream Daily</strong> - have a dream board, vision board, prosperity board, call it what you may, but have pictures of those goals you are working towards. Things you want, places you want to go, people you want to help, promotions you are working towards in your company, achievements you wish to earn you get the point. Whatever your 'Why' is, whatever your passion is, have it on your board. Keep it in your bathroom so you look at it every morning and every night before bed. It's the first thing you see when you wake up and the last thing you see when you go to bed. If this sounds a little corny to you, well then, honey, don't read any further because I will tell you, you're not a leader. Leaders self-develop, leaders learn about success and the pathway to success. EVERY single book, CD, video, heck, every successful person on Earth will tell you, they had their goals in front of them everyday. If you refuse to do this, go back to your job and start working really hard for a raise because that is your destiny.</p>
<p><strong>Quality #2</strong> - A Wide Organization is a Solid Organization - Why? The fact of the matter is building wide allows us to sort through our team to find the all-stars. You will find that as you personally sponsor team members, you will have those to talk a big game and end up doing nothing. Or, they find EVERY single thing to complain about. Or, they will search to find why this won't work. In between those, there will be those all-stars. They don't need a lot of guidance. They plug into trainings, events and seminars and implement what is learned. They call when they have legitimate questions and to give good news, but then they are off! Our job is to build wide to sort out our all-stars!</p>
<p><strong>#3 - Tap Root Your Depth</strong> - You have found the Diamonds in your team, now it is time for you to help them find the leaders and diamonds on their team. When we teach our Diamonds how to train and develop their Diamonds, we are spreading a culture amongst the team. As your depth grows, your trained leaders will keep duplicating building a sustainable, productive organization! So, this is where your companies' compensation plan is critical! Your compensation plan better reward this behavior and pay multiple levels down into your organization! When this happens you and your team have a vested interest in tap rooting your organization!</p>
<p><strong>4. Be Prime in Prime Time</strong> - The best time to make phone calls, connections, host business overviews, etc. is from 6 - 10 p.m. If you're not liking that, well then, you're not a leader because you're not willing to sacrifice the prime hours for your business. Remember, 'short term sacrifices lead to long term results!' You sacrifice 6 - 10 p.m. Monday through Friday for 2 - 3 years and you won't have to worry about times away from family ever again! Besides, do you think Bill Gates, Oprah, or Warren Buffet built their wealth working Monday - Friday 9 - 5? Get out of the 'employee mentality' and into an 'Entrepreneur's mentality!' Entrepreneurs love what they do and don't care what time it is!</p>
<p><strong>5. Follow Winners, Not Losers!</strong> - O.K., kind of obvious, right? Wrong. How many people do you know that when you ask how they are, they give you the rundown of all that is wrong in their life. Why do we continue to see these people regularly and ask them how they are doing? It's an obvious fact to remove yourself from this person, but many don't. They feel bad and try to be the person to cheer them up. For-get it! From this day on, erase them from your life! Surround yourself with people who are enjoying life, who are exciting to talk to, who share positive experiences, who are MILLIONAIRES! Mom was right! You are who you hang out with. If you hang with people who are broker then you, either be cool with staying broke, or find some new friends! Where you ask? Figure it out - a leader would!</p>
<p>Quality #6: When You Feel Fear, Profess Faith - Fear is a seriously unfortunate thing in our profession. It cripples people from achieving great things, when all it is is 'False Evidence Appearing Real.' It's fake, it's not real, its simply our subconscious manifesting emotional barriers that give you unrealistic feedback. When this feeling creeps up, have faith in yourself, have faith in your abilities, have faith in your skills!</p>
<p><strong>7. Sew the Dream</strong> - create a culture of these steps on your team. Culture amongst your team is EVERYTHING!!! Your team will do, produce and say what you do, produce and say! Your culture should be positive, professional, accountable, emotionally intelligent, but also open to coaching and constructive criticism. When you help others sew their dreams, what happens? You guessed it, your dream is sewn as well! That is the beauty of this great profession! I love it!!</p>
<p>There they are. The 7 steps to becoming a Great Network Marketer! Without following this blueprint, our teams will not grow productively. Randy Gage is a network marketing genius. When he speaks, we should listen...and implement. Keep these 7 steps in front of you. Nurture these steps to grow a culture within your organization. With that, I will leave you with one final thought Randy shared, 'I will do today what others won't so I can have tomorrow what others can't!</p>

<p>Like many MLM business people out there I became burnout on the Network Marketing concept. The concept is a great idea but more often than not does not work. The reason for this is most people are just not able to recruit the numbers of people needed to make the program pay.</p>
<p>So what takes place is the so called successful people end up taking advantage of the masses of people that are unable to get the numbers of people needed to make the program work.</p>
<p>The old story you get several calls from a friend inviting you to check out a great business opportunity. After several requests you finally give in to attending a business opportunity meeting or listening in on a conference call. You get excited, sign-up, pay your startup fees and get started. After several months of hard work your business has not grown and you've actually spent more money than you've made!</p>
<p>Someone had an idea a number of years back called the team build project but was unable to make it work. Oh yes the pyramid scheme everyone is always calling the network marketing company one of these. It is a scheme claiming to build a bigger pot and it does not have a product. I say it is the corporate American company because the structure is a money pyramid. From the CEO all the way down to the guy who sweeps the floor and turns out the lights at night. On whatever level you are on you look up to the next level and there is this big but holding you back. He is protecting his spot and is not going to let you move up and take it. This is a more realistic definition of the scheme there are always exceptions.</p>
<p>Why people think network marketing is a pyramid scheme is beginning to change. It has become such an incredible business model that corporate America is starting to get in on the act. Do a little research for yourself and you will find that most of fortune 500 companies are starting to market their products this way. The greatest part of this type of business model is if someone is dishonest it does not work or the program just falls apart.</p>
<p>The business model works like a pay it forward plan building a chain. I sell you something you need and use up and buy more. Then I also help you get a customer to buy use up and buy more then everyone benefits up the chain equally. Corporate America loves this concept because it works so well and moves products much faster than the traditional ways of marketing. For the big companies as well as the individual it is a fantastic way to leverage their time and money for bigger profits shared by everyone involved.</p>
<p>Sure there are some bad apples out there that do their best to make a scheme out of the process so the profits only come back to them. But the best part is they do not last very long with the grape vine of the Internet the word is spread very fast and the bad apple it taken down very fast. Thanks to the internet even corporate America is having its bad apples plucked from the game.</p>
<p>Network Marketing can and does improve every aspect of people’s lives and it is worth your time to really learn about what it is and how it works. It is a system that shakes out the bad apples and really helps everyone involved.</p>
<p>Finding a company to get started with does not have to be hard. Forget the pie in the sky and big hype for few minutes and look at some of the facts. Has the company been in business very long? Stay away from the publicly traded company because they are swayed by the share holders. This becomes very unrealistic in a people business. It is the people that get the short end of the stick in a publicly traded company that is swayed by the stock market. Are the people connected with the company the kind of people you would like to be connected with? What are their values are they like yours or something else. Are the leaders all big power people we could not be like no matter how hard we tried? Is the group concerned about you and want to help you or are they cold and distant.</p>
<p>All these things to look at are very basic and very realistic and will provide the answers to your questions about finding the right company to work with.</p>
